How can I see the caller’s number AND know it’s a business call?

Please note: If you signed up before 21 May 2026, the instructions below may not apply to your account. Please contact us and we’ll be happy to help you with the correct steps.

By default you’ll see your landline number on your mobile when you receive a call so you know it’s a business call. You can save your landline number in your phone as a new contact and give it a name (e.g. “Business Call” or your business name) that way whenever you get a call from your landline, that is the name that would show up on your phone. If you miss a call, the caller’s number and time of call will be emailed to you automatically. You can also check the caller’s number in the Calls page of the Control Panel.

You can however change the incoming caller ID to show the caller’s number if you would prefer. To do this, head Setup > Call Routing > Global Call Settings, or follow the link here, and choose Show Caller’s Number from the dropdown under Incoming Caller ID.

Make sure to press Save Settings.
