After you’ve signed up, you can purchase more numbers added to your account. It can be for the same or any different local areas and there is no limit. It’s £9.99 a month (+VAT) per landline number.
If you’d like to purchase additional numbers, go to Profile > Active Numbers > New Number, or follow the link here.
Then you can select the Area Code you’d like, and press Add to plan. You should then see your new number under Active Numbers.
Each of your Air Landline numbers will have their own In-hours Call Route, Out-of-hours Call Route, Leave/Holiday Call Route, and Break Call Route. You can make changes to your Routing by going to Setup > Call Routing, or follow the link here.
You can choose which of your Air Landline numbers you’re editing the routing for using the dropdown in the top right hand corner of the page:

Here, you can edit the number(s) you would like calls to forward to, as well as the greeting, ring time, calling tone, call whisper, and voicemail for each of the Call Routes.
